2. Who Can Return

4. How to Request a Return

5. Shipping Method & Costs

6. Refunds

7. Exceptions & Limitations

Return & Refund Policy
1. 14-Day Return Policy
We offer a 14-day return policy for items in their original condition. Products must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with original tags attached.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at help@swedishonlineshop. Once approved, you’ll receive a prepaid return label for orders within Sweden. International returns are subject to return shipping fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.
3. Refunds
Refunds are issued within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items. Refunds are processed to the original payment method, and an email confirmation will be sent once your refund is completed.
4. Exchanges
We offer exchanges within the same 14-day period. Please specify the desired item in your return request, and we’ll do our best to fulfill your request based on availability.
